Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
It was in November, I just visited the "Père lachaise" cemetery . It was a "grey" day and I saw an ad for an apartment for sale in the area with view on Paris.
When I visited the apartment, I did not like the building but once in the apartment, I found such a beautiful view, a quiet place, a nice light, that I decided to buy it. I have been living there myself 20 years. It is a compromise between city and country. Once at home, you forget the city infront of you. With a 15 minutes drive by metro you are in Chatelet les Halles.
Unique benefits of the property
When by sunny days it is sometimes difficult to find a place in a restaurant on the terrasse,you just have lunch or diner at home and in summer it becomes your own "Paris Plage"
