Ideally situated for all the attractions of the Dordogne, visiting castles, wine tasting, cycling, horse riding, canoeing along the Dordogne, playing golf at the Chateau Vigiers, which is one of the mostly highly rated courses in the Dordogne. The property been recently tastefully furnished and each room has direct access to the terrace which surrounds the whole house. Patio tables and sun loungers are situated both at the back and front of the property so you can enjoy the sun from morning till dusk. The town of Sainte Foy is 5 minutes drive, which boasts over a hundred shops, it also holds a weekly Saturday morning market which sells many fine examples of local produce.

Mature gardens with many unusual trees. Large terrace to the front which over looks the front garden with views of the vineyards and surrounding county. Patio table to both the front and back. To the back of the house is a large patio, with a large concrete barbecue with views of the hills and woods.
Coast/Beach
Man made beach on the Dordogne river 2 miles away. The beaches of the Atlantic ocean are a 90 minute drive away.
Golf
The highly rated golf course of Chateau Vigiers is only 8km away.
Skiing
The ski resort of Gourette in the Pyrenees is a 4 hour drive away.
Travel
20 minutes from Bergerac airport. 1 hour from Bordeaux airport.
Distances
2 minutes drive to local shop. 5 minutes drive from the bastide town of Saint Foy La Grande. 20 minutes to the old town of Bergerac. 30 minutes from the medieval town of St. Emillion.
