A wonderful family villa with all the amenities to really enjoy your holiday. Mid-way between Nice and Cannes, the region is ideal for those seeking Riviera charm with the space and seclusion of a private villa and pool. Visit Nice for its Promenade des Anglais and Cannes for its elegant Croisette. Take in a concert all year round in fashionable Monaco with its casinos and ever popular Grand Prix. The lovely beaches of Antibes or Nice are a 30 minute car ride and Cannes can also be reached in just half an hours drive. There are several golf courses located nearby and Greoliere is great for skiin

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros.
Special price for September. Reduced from £1800 to £1200. Negotiable for long term rentals. Saturday to Saturday rental. Price includes cleaning, linen and pool heating. Highchair and cot available at no extra cost. Refundable £500 security deposit required with first payment.

Other: Separate dining room with large oak table seating 8 people and patio doors leading onto the summer kitchen, which also has a dining table and chairs for 8. The summer kitchen is covered with an awning and has a built-in barbecue. Perfect outdoor eating!
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please do not use for the pool or beach. The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival, with a weekly change of linen and towels for a 2 week period. Additional midweek cleans/linen payable locally.

 

Notes on accommodation
A wonderful family villa with all the amenities to really enjoy your holiday. Managing agent (English) lives nearby to answer your queries, solve an problems. There is a gardener and pool man (English) who attend the grounds and pool.
Children are able to use the grounds to the maximum as there are many different areas, from casual grass to play areas. The pool is very large by private pool standards and the heating can be adjusted to suit. There is an extra charge for pool heating.

Accessibility
Family friendly but please note that the gardens are terraced. Not suitable for the disabled.

Outside
The grounds extend to over an acre and are filled with olives, citrus trees, shrubs and grassed terraces. Each bedroom leads onto a different aspect; a covered balcony, a tree covered terrace and open grassed areas. 360 view. There are 3 large palm trees which shade the pool area. The large outdoor heated swimming pool (13x8m) with a diving board (depth 3' to 7 feet) steps and a ladder, is alarmed for safety and is surrounded by grass and tiled areas.
The summer kitchen is equipped with a charcoal BBQ, large teak table and seating for all guests. It is located alongside the kitchen and dining room, with doors leading off from both rooms; the dining room French doors opening up to also seat 8 people. Additional seating area overlooking the pool with outdoor table/parasol and chairs for all guests. Sunloungers. Outdoor table tennis and boules court. There is an outside drive and parking area for numerous cars and the drive at the botom of the path has additional secure parking.

Coast/Beach
20km approx 30 mins by car. The lovely beaches of Antibes or Nice. Cannes is aprox 30 mins away.

Golf
Many golf courses nearby.

Skiing
Greoliere. 40 mins by car. A lovely local ski area frequented by the French but with a very short season and limited facilities and lifts. Isola 2000 is a 2-3 hour drive but has a longer season.

Travel
20km from Nice airport a 25 min drive (two exits - A8 exit 48) off the motorway and past Vence. By train Cagnes sur Mer is the closest, the Eurostar stops at Nice.

Distances
Tourrettes sur Loup village, 9 kms. Pont sur Loup, 1.1km. Bar sur Loup 3km. St. Paul de Vence is a 20 minute drive. Nice, Monaco and Italy are all within easy driving distance. Explore the Riviera! the medieval village of Gourdon, high above the valley, can be seen from the houe and pool.

Further details
A car is essential to enjoy the benefits that the local area offers. There are a number of supermarkets within a 20 minute drive and the village of Tourrettes sur Loup has local craft shops as well as the typical baker, butcher and greengrocer. There is a market every Wednesday in the village square. The local bars and restaurants are renowned in the area and there is plenty of opportunity for al fresco eating and drinking, whils watching the locals and the regular boules activity.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit secures your holiday and we ask for £500 refundable deposit against any breakables. We do encourage replacement of broken articles if possible. The local supermarkets stock most items.
