"Nos Reves" is a luxury villa offering the highest standards for those seeking the perfect holiday in France. Part of a lovingly restored C18th farmhouse in the incredibly beautiful Charente region it has everything you need for a memorable holiday. Surrounded by rolling, verdant vineyards this spacious accommodation comprises: reception hall with cloakroom, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room leading to outside terrace and a comfortable lounge. Upstairs you will find three double bedrooms each with its own italian furnished en-suite bathroom.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible however we require guests to arrive no later than 7pm (this may be varied on prior agreement only) and depart before mid-day.

Outside
Outside, leading from the dining room, you will find a raised stone tiled terrace overlooking the river for 'al fresco' dining, with table and chairs and barbeque.
At the front (south facing) of the house is the private crescent shaped pool bordered by a large terrace for relaxing in the sun.
The villa provides ample private parking for three cars.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Charentais coast line, with its unusual mix of sandy beaches, dunes and rocks lies about 45 minutes drive from the villa.
The sandy islands of Oleron and Re scattered with pretty white cottages are situated just off the coast.
Golf
Cognac, just 25 minutes away, has a championship golf course and a little further in Saintes is yet another 18 hole course with a recommended restaurant.
Travel
The villa is easily accessible by all means of transport.
Local airports are: Bordeaux, Poitiers and La Rochelle - all within an hours drive. Car hire recommended.
TGV from Paris stops 20 minutes away at Angouleme.
The villa can be reached via auto route from the following ports: Calais (7-8 hours); Le Havre (5-6 hours); Caen (4-5 hours) and St.Malo (3-4 hours).
Distances
The quaint market town of Chateauneuf-sur-Charente is 4km from the villa and offers local amenities. The town of Cognac, a name synonymous with the world's finest brandies is only 10km. The historic town of Angouleme is 15km to the east and the ancient roman town of Saintes (the regional capital) is just 25km to the west. Further afield lies Poitiers to the North, La Rochelle to the West and the world famous wine growing region of Bordeaux to the South.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made either by email or telephone. Full payment is required to secure requested dates. Payment is accepted in sterling by cheque or BACS transfer. A deposit of £250 is required in addition to full payment to cover any damage/breakages and will be refunded at the end of the stay.
