The chalet, ‘Pas de Chèvre’ is a British family’s second home and is available for rental. The chalet was built by local craftsmen and completed in January 2004. The chalet is located in La Turche at an altitude of 1230 metres. It offers a very high standard of flexible accommodation for 10 guests. It is located 60 metres from a ski and bike hire shop and a similar distance from the booth where you can buy your ski passes and access to the mountain. Close by is access to the main ski area of Les Gets via a drag lift or a short ski run to the new Les Perriere 6 person express chair lift. There is also a regular free bus service serving the centre of the Les Gets village. Features include 5 large bedrooms, 4 with bath/shower rooms plus separate WC. The resort, Les Gets is great for both winter and summer.

| Living Rooms: | Sitting/dining room with 3 sofas, dining area and wood burning stove. Equipped with wide screen Satellite TV (including some Sky channels), DVD and Hi-Fi system. Sun balconies on two sides with large sliding door access. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Prices include normal end of stay cleaning, 'meet and greet' service plus the provision of fitted linen on arrival plus towels for your stay. Linen and towels are changed weekly! |

This is a non smoking chalet. As a mountain resort, snow in Winter can effect access to the resort and also the chalet. The chalet also has a Security System fitted and a personal safe.

Accessibility
The property has three floors with the entrance on the centre of these floors.
Outside
Included in 2007 are new sun decks and barbecue area which are particularly attractive for visitors.
Golf
Les Gets has an 18 hole golf course which is about 5 minutes from the chalet by car.
Skiing
Skiing access is within 100m of the door where there is a ski pass cabin and drag lift. Also from this point it is possible to ski down to Les Perriere 6 man express chair lift which like the drag lift gives full access to Les Gets and Morzine and further other areas of the 'Portes du Soleil' ski area. A ski bus also stops at this point and can transport you to the centre of the Les Gets village.
Special interest holidays
Above the lake in Les Gets there is a adventure area in trees where you can test your stamina as well as skill. This park is fully controlled by experienced instructors.
Travel
The nearest and best airport connection is Geneva which is some 80km form Les Gets. EasyJet, BA, FlyBee and several other UK airlines provide regular connections at competitive prices. We can arrange an airport transfer at a subsidised rate if you would like one.

Les Gets centre 1km. Morzine 6kms. Avoriaz cable car access 9km.
Further details
There are several local hotels in La Turche and of course a lot more in the centre of Les Gets which also has an ice rink, several banks and two supermarkets plus many restaurants.
Booking notes
Booking is made by email and subject to availability. A deposit of one third of the rental price is then paid to secure the booking. The final two thirds is payable two months prior to the rental taking place. Full details of terms and conditions are given on our web site.
