We have 2 modern (2006) mobile homes to rent which are situated in a quiet area on the fantastic Yelloh Village Port de Plaisance at Benodet. They both have 2 bedrooms and are equipped to a very high standard. There is a spacious living/dining area and a kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside there is a raised terrace with patio furniture and BBQ. The campsite has plenty of activities to keep you entertained. There are two swimming pools, one with water slides, and there will also be a large covered swimming area for 2007. Other activities include tennis, volleyball, children’s pony trekking, boules and a gym. There is also a bar on site which has entertainment most evenings throughout the summer and there is a wonderful poolside restaurant.

Notes on prices
Prices are per mobile per week in Sterling and include gas and electricity. A 20% deposit is required to secure your holiday with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Saturday however we will try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your requirements.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage. |
| Bathrooms: | Our mobile home has a shower room with separate WC. There is a vanity unit with storage space underneath and there are shelves for toiletries etc. The shower room has access from the main living area and also bedroom 1. |
| Kitchen: | Our kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockery and utensils. There is also plenty of cupboards and drawers for storage. |
| Living Rooms: | Our living/dining room consists of an L shaped couch and dining table and chairs which will seat 6 comfortably. The couch also has a pull-out double bed if required. There are also cupboards and shelves for storage. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Our mobile home will be cleaned prior to your arrival. We provide duvets so you will need to bring duvet covers, pillow cases sheets and towels. |

Outside
Outside there is a raised deck with patio furniture consisting of a table, 6 chairs and a parasol. We also provide a BBQ and two sun-loungers.
Coast/Beach
There are hundreds of sandy beaches and secluded coves to be explored in the area. The nearest beach is at Benodet which is a 15 min walk (2 mins drive) from the site. There is also a pleasant riverside walk from the site to the picturesque marina where there are bars and restaurants.
Travel
The nearest Port to Benodet is Roscoff which is approx 1 hour 30 min drive. St Malo is approx 3 hour drive and Cherbourg or Caan 4 - 4½ hours away.
Distances
Benodet is 2 mins drive from the site.Quimper, the old Breton capital, is 15 mins drive away. There are numerous interesting villages to explore within a 30 min drive such as Locronan, Concarneau, Quimperle and Pont Aven.
Further details
The campsite has a small, well stocked grocery shop and a 5 min walk will take you to a large Champion Supermarket which has an excellent selection of fresh fish, meats and veg.
Booking notes
Bookings can be secured with a 20% deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. If there is less than 8 weeks before departure then the full amount is required.
All confirmed bookings can take advantage of discounted Brittany Ferries fares if required.
