The separate kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, hob with extractor, oven/grill, and dishwasher.
There is a shower room with washing machine and separate wc.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Additional beds for children can be supplied.
There is also a shower room and toilet.

The gardens and patio area are equipped with furniture and a large barbeque.
Coast/Beach
The coast at Hendaye, St.Jean de Luz and Biarritz are within an hour's drive.
Golf
There are golf courses within an hour's drive.
Skiing
Cross country skiing is within a half hour drive. The nearest piste at La Pierre St. Martin is 2 hours away.
Travel
The nearest airports are Biarritz (1 hour) and Pau (1.5 hours) where cars can be hired.
Distances
St. Jean Pied-de-Port is 5 minute's drive. Biarritz, Bayonne and Pamplona are 1 hour's drive. Pau and San Sebastian are 90 minute's drive.

Directions: Coming from St Jean Pied de Port, take the road to Pamplona and go through Arneguy. Turn right just after the Repsol fuel station and it is the second house on the left.
