This bright and sunny single storey house offers fabulous views of the nearby village of Seguret and the hills of the Dentelles and vineyards. It is a short stroll to all the village amenities including tourist office, bakers, butchers and general store. There are 3 restaurants ranging from a family run informal to the more up market Les Abbielles for that special occasion. There is a traditional cafe with terrace, ideal for morning coffee or bistro lunches. There are banking facilities with cash point, pharmacy and full medical centre.

The village is situated in the heart of the Cote du Rhone wine region. There are an abundance of caves happy to share their knowledge and offering tastings. Domaine Paugier hold weekly picnic and wine tasting events amongst their vines. Within easy walking distance you will find the picturesque villages of Gigondas and Seguret where you can enjoy local Provencal food and wine. Sablet is set at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail (famous among rock climbers). There are many marked trails for hikers & cyclists to follow. Vaison La Romaine (10 mins by car) has a wealth of Roman ruins, cafes, restaurants & boasts one of the best Provencal weekly markets. The Mont Ventoux, the famous landmark of the Tour de France, is nearby and offers splendid views of the region and beyond. Isle Sur Sorgue is a haven of antique dealers and brocantes and has a delightful Sunday morning market.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking with balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. However, this is flexible out of season. Long lets are welcome & discounts can be considered.
