Changeover day
Occupancy Saturday to Saturday during July and August . At all other times length of stay and start day negotiable.

Notes on accommodation
We are very security minded. Cottage is fully equipped with smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and safety ladders together with Insurance cover. Lovely grounds ideal for children to run and play.Children over 5 welcome.
Outside
The private pool has easy safe access from the cottage with security alarm as per French regulations.The quiet gardens are stocked with numerous trees, plants and flowers. Over two hectares of meadows and orchard with uninterrupted views. Differents areas, with outdoor funiture for dining and barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Within an hours drive of some of the finest beaches in France. Local child friendly lakes.
Golf
A number of challenging courses within an hours drive. Cognac has one of the finest in the region and is only 20 minutes drive away. The 18 hole championship course also boasts a 4 hole course ideal for children of all ages. Owner pleased to arrange tee-times, club hire or as a playing companion.
Travel
Within 1 Hour 15 minutes drive of both La Rochelle and Poitiers airport. At the time of writing Ryanair are about to start a regular service to Angouleme airport (within 30 minutes drive). Nearest channel port St Malo (5/6 hour easy drive). TGV train from Lille and Paris to Angouleme. Car hire at all airports and train station.
Distances
Within 5 minutes drive of a number of local shops, banks, bars and restaurants. 20 minutes to Cognac-30 mins Saintes/St Jean d'Angely. Just over an hour to Poitiers with its theme park, La Rochelle and Royan.
