About 1km from the lively little Cote d'Azur village of Tourrettes and approx 10 minutes drive from Vence. Outside
Les Virettes is set in a traditional, terraced Mediterranean garden of about 1500 m2 planted with lavender, jasmine, cypresses and olive trees. The villa and gardens are south facing, looking out over a stunning view of the Mediterranean and the rolling Provencal countryside. Shaded by the terrace is an outdoor teak dining table with seating for 8 and a gas BBQ. Next to the house is a courtyard and sun terrace, partially walled and planted with mature climbing roses and a wisteria. On the other side is a lawned area leading into the olive groves and to the pool. Secluded within it's own terrace and protected on one side by a hedge, is a private pool (10x5)- a good size for lap swimming and with a shallow end for play.

Distances
The villa is about 1km from the lively village of Tourettes-sur-Loup (a pleasant walk) with its many restaurants, local markets and shops. About 10 mins away is the fascinating town of Vence. Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the coast area about 20 min away and its half an hour from Nice airport.
