Notes on prices
A deposit of 300 Euros is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Also required is an additional 350 Euros deposit as a guarantee against breakages etc... which will be returned within 10 days of your return when the apartment has been checked and found to be in good order!
The Tax De Sejour (tax to stay) is included in the price!
Changeover day
The arrival will be in the afternoon to allow people who stayed the previous week to leave in the morning.
The departure will be in the morning before noon.

Notes on accommodation
There is a brand new digital piano for the music lovers. There is a travel cot, a pushchair and a portable/travel seat for a baby or toddler. There is a DVD player in the living room.
Accessibility
On the 3rd floor with stairs only.
Outside
Many shops, restaurants, bakers, cafes, a butcher etc.
Golf
There is an excellent golf course at Arc 1800 offering courses and competitions.
Skiing
A new express lift links Les Arcs and La Plagne to form an extensive ski area, one of the biggest in Europe.
Les Arcs...5mns from the apartment you can take the funicular which will take you to the ski slopes in 7mns...
Paradiski...is one of the best skiing resorts in the Country.
Special interest holidays
During the summer there are a wonderful range of activities on offer in the area including walking, mountain biking, paragliding, rafting and golf. There are more than 500km of marked routes. There are some great descents if mountain biking and opportunities to try paragliding with some fabulous flights. In Bourg-St-Maurice there is a freshwater lake for white water rafting, swimming and canoeing. And of course you could do all of that while practicing your piano or play your piano in the flat.
Travel
There are a number of transport options including train to Bourg-St-Maurice (change at Paris). The nearest airports are Chambery(1 hour), Geneva(2 hours), Lyon(2 1/2hours) and Grenoble(2 hours). you can take Eurostar from London Waterloo to Bourg st Maurice direct.
Distances
The apartment is in the most beautiful street of Bourg st Maurice opposite to a Baker and Butchers...there are lots of shops and restaurants around.

There is a supermarket a few minutes away ....a few banks, the post office not far from the apartment
