Sleeps 4/6. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom plus bed-settee in the salon. Delightful location, on private estate with security gates Overlooks golf course in Mandelieu – 2m from the beach and approx 7m west of Cannes with its year-round activity. Beautiful views. South West and North East facing balconies. 3 swimming pools, all with sunbeds. The South-facing balcony has an electric barbeque, chairs, loungers and table. Peaceful location, yet only a short drive from Cannes. The golf club is within walking distance and the clubhouse offers a bar and restaurant. The village of Mandelieu, a short drive away, sits on the mouth of the River Siagne, climbing into the foothills of the Esterel Massif. There are local shops, restaurants, bars etc and many lovely places to visit in the area. The apartment is only a couple of miles from the sea, with many nice beaches – both public and pay – nearby.

North-east and South-west facing balconies; the latter is furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds. Electric barbecue, lights and electric sun blind.

Coast/Beach
There are beaches all along. Cannes (7m) has a string of pay beaches, plus a crowded public beach by the Palais de Festivals.
Back towards Mandelieu, public beach stretches all along the coast road, nearly to the Casino Hotel. Just here there are 2 beaches where you can hire beds and use the facilities + restaurants. At La Napoule there are public beaches either side of the Chateau. West of there, Plage de la Rague (c.2.5 miles) is our favourite.
Golf
Situated on Riviera Golf; clubhouse within walking distance. 18 hole course in the mountains. Beautiful but hilly!
The Old Course, Mandelieu, is a few miles away; 18 holes and flat; in the trees - includes a crossing over the River Siagne between holes. The highlight of the round, if you ask me.

Skiing
The ski resorts, including Isola 2000, are approximately 2 hours drive away.
Travel
Nice airport 45 mins drive. Car essential. Car hire can be arranged.

Trips to the massif of Tanneron in February to take full advantage of the Mimosa. The Mimosa Festival takes place in Mandelieu.

Booking notes
You will be asked to complete a Confirmation of Reservation and pay a £300 deposit, which is refundable at the end of your stay, subject to any damages. Rent is payable one month before your commencement date. If you cancel between one month and two weeks prior to your stay, you will forfeit your deposit. Within the two weeks before, the higher of the rent and the deposit.
