Both apartments offer the same accommodation and are fully furnished. Set within a residence next to sand dunes and the beach within 200 metres. This area of the Vendee is popular for those who enjoy cycling, water sports or other activities eg. horse riding, quad biking and paintballing as well as the opportunity to relax on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants to visit in the local area to sample the huge variety of seafood on offer daily.

There is electric heating throughout each apartment. Cot avaliable on request, highchair provided in all apartments.
Quilts, pillows and bedlinen provided - no towels.
There is a small store/cloakroom with a freezer. The iron and ironing board are kept here.
Both apartments are non smoking and no pets accepted.

Accessibility
The apartments are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors respectively. There is no lift access.

Outside
Enclosed balcony accessed through the living area with 2 fold up wooden chairs and table.

Coast/Beach
There is a long expanse of beach directly to the front of the apartment residence. The apartments are situated 50, and 100 metres from the beach.

Golf
There are two golf courses in the local area at St. Jeande Monts and on the outskirts of St. Gilles Croix de Vie.

Travel
Nantes airport is a 50 minute drive, car hire is recommended.
Cross channel ferry crossings are available.

Caan - 4hours Le Harve - 4hours 30 mins Cherbourg - 4 hours Calais 7 hours St Malo - 3hours 15mins

Distances
The coastal town of St Jean de Monts is 5mins by car, the fishing port of St.Gilles Croix de Vie is 10 mins by car.

Further details
Opposite the apartments all within walking distance (3-5 mins) there is a supermarket, choice of restaurants, take away and pizzaria. There is also a gift shop, internet cafe and bar. On the other side of the road there is bike hire. There is a a twice weekly small market.

Booking notes
25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks before departure date.
Electricity and water charges are included.
There is a £200 refundable 'damage' deposit payable before departure.
