Located on a quiet road on the edge of Le Luc village, with views of agricultural land (vines) to both sides of the property.
The villa has a large balcony complete with large table and chairs (seats 6), with views of the 2000m2 mature gardens, from the first floor. The private pool area and covered terrace are to the rear of the property. Pool furniture is provided for guests.
The centre of the village is a 10min walk and tennis courts are located across the road. There are lovely walks in the hills behind.
St Tropez is 33km away and the A8 autoroute 10min from the house, providing access to Marseilles and historic Aix-en-Provence to the west, and the vibrant towns and cities of Cannes, Antibes, Nice & Monaco to the east. Nice & Marseille airports are a 55min drive with Toulon airport 45mins.

Travel
Toulon is the nearest airport and is 45 mins drive. The airport is served by Ryanair from London Stansted.
Nice and Marseille airports are also both very accessible and the journey time is approximately 55 mins. Both BA and Easyjet fly to Nice, with BA, Easyjet and Ryanair serving Marseilles.

Le Luc is an unspoilt typical small rural village of the area and is surrounded by wineyards. Le Luc nestles in the valley of the beautiful River Argens, between the mountains to the north-west and the rolling hills in the south leading to the sea.
The area is rural, wine growing vineyards and forested hills being the main feature of the landscape. The countryside around le Luc is quiet, peaceful and agricultural, insulated from the crowds and traffic congestion of the coastal region during the peak summer season. Being just a few kilometres from the A8 autoroute, Le Luc still provides easy access to the main attractions of the Cote d'Azur, and a retreat from them at the end of a busy day.
St Tropez, Ste Maxime and Port Grimaud are the nearest seaside towns, just under a 30 min drive, as is the beautiful Plage Pampalonne, 3km of sandy beaches with easy access and ample parking on the nearby dunes, between St Tropez and Cavalaire.
An hour's drive travelling east along the A8 will take you to Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo. 30 mins beyond Monte Carlo lies San Remo and the Italian Riviera. Marseilles, Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and Nimes lie to the east.
