A swimming pool to be installed by mid-July. House has approximately 1 acre of land and house and own boules area.There are 5 bedrooms 3 twins upstairs and 2 doubles downstairs. One of the rooms has a king size bed.
This house is especially suited for 2 small families.

Accessibility
Approximately 10 steps from driveway to entrance. To front door steps can be slippery in wet weather take care.

Barbecue area, 1 acre lawn and boules area.
Pool finished in June 2007 and looks nice various families have now stayed there I have recived no negative feedback other than the weather.

The travel-time distance from Caen is 2 hours via the A84, exiting at junction 33.
The travel-time from St-Malo is 1 and a quarter hours, via the N 176.
