La Ramsbury has one double bedroom and one twin room. The fully fitted bathroom has a bath with shower. The ground floor is open plan with fully fitted kitchenette, a cooker, fridge and microwave and home from home kitchen utensils. The lounge / dining room is equipped with television, satellite, DVD player and hifi. |

Notes on accommodation
The gites have full central heating, there are stairgates at the top of the stairs.
Bedding and towels are included.
Outside
The gites have a communal fully enclosed garden, with outdoor furniture and barbeques.
Our beautiful lake has many different ducks and moorhens, with a visiting king fisher there is always something new to see.
The lake has many seating areas for relaxing, picnics, reading and painting.
Coast/Beach
We have miles upon miles of beautiful sandy beaches our closest one is only a 10 minute drive away. It is only 15 minutes to the lovely Carteret beach.
Golf
There are 3 local golf courses, a 9 hole in Brix, an 18 hole Omaha and 9 hole in St Germain. All within an half an hour drive.
Travel
Our local airport and port are in Cherbourg and are only a 40 minute drive. Other ports are Caen - 1 1/2 hours and Le Havre 2 hours.
Distances
Our local town is St Sauveur le Vicomte and is within easy walking distance. The market town of Valognes is a 20 minute drive away. The famous town of St Mere Eglise which was the first town to be liberated is only 25 minutes away, and the historic landing beaches and museums are a 40 minute drive.
