Just a five minute stroll from either the fine sand beach of the Gulf of St Tropez or the ancient Town Centre of Ste Maxime, with its 60+ restaurants, cafes and nightlife, the apartment is an ideal base for a couple or a family of four. Architect designed in the Romanesque style, it sits in plenty of secure parking and while the pool is never packed, because of the proximity of the beach, it is often pleasantly busy and an excellent place to strike up international friendships.

Changeover day
Saturday at 12 noon is the preferred changeover day and time. This can be flexible and is negotiable.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has two bunk beds. They are 3ft wide and fully sprung, adult size, beds. There is also a chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. A TV with DVD is included for entertaining children or those who just can't drop off to sleep. |
| Bathrooms: | The shower is a modern wet room containing a very, very powerful shower, hand basin and W.C. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen area contains a full size cooker, with four ring hob and oven rotisserie & grill, microwave/grill, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, clamp grill, espresso machine and enough cooking equipment and cutlery to serve eight. |
| Living Rooms: | The Lounge area has the "Click-clack", (large sofa that converts in a single motion to become a full size double bed.) satellite TV that receives English and French programmes, a DVD Player and a stereo system for CDs and tapes. |

Accessibility
The apartment was originally designed so that a wheelchair could gain access through all the doors. The wet room design of the shower room also gives easy wheelchair access.
Outside
The patio is half sheltered by a balcony above and can be completely shaded by either the a parasol or the sun awning.
Coast/Beach
300mtrs or five minutes stroll get you to the town centre beach. It is a fine sable sand beach looking out into the gulf of St Tropez, a sheltered inlet off the Med. Beaches stretch out along the coast in both directions for miles. All known forms of water sports can be found in, on, under or above these waters. All equipment can be hired. Tennis is well catered for in the town and the Maures hills are excellent for horse, bike, moped riding or just plain trekking.
Golf
The 18 hole course at Ste Maxime is beautiful with sea views over the Med and the Gulf of St Tropez. With a 20 minute drive there are eight other courses.
Travel
Nice international airport is 90 kms or about one hour in a car. Marseille airport 120km. ST Tropez(Toulon) airport 70 kms. Within 90 minutes in a car you can get to anywhere on the French Riviera. If you want to stick to the town however, and there is more than enough here to interest the holidaymaker, a car is not essential. Everywhere is just a short stroll away.

Ste Maxime, on the doorstep. St Tropez, 12 minutes by ferry or 14 kms by road. St Raphael 35kms. Cannes 60kms. Nice 90kms.
Italian border 100kms. Far too many great places in between to name.
Further details
Huge range of shops within a 10 minute stroll. Nearest large supermarket 100mtrs. More than sixty, good value restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. A dozen or so cafes, two nightclubs and a casino in the town. There are many free performances at the beach theatre and in the cafes throughout the year.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is fully refundable on return of the keys to a clean apartment. All booking fees must be cleared funds with us prior to the booking. Electricity is included as is broadband access. Telephone charges will be recharged on receipt of the itemized bill.
