House is situated on the hill side at a dead end street next to the Esterel National Park. Very private with space for the children to play. Golf courses at 15 km. Hiking and biking in the mountains.

Accessibility
There are 3 twin bedrooms on ground floor. No special facilities for wheelchairs.
Outside
A large private swimming pool 5x10m is available (not heated). A special playing area can be created for small children. The summer kitchen has a round table that can easily sit 10 people and has a stone barbecue and a cooking area. The terrace has a roofed seating area. House is located on a large piece of flat land.
Coast/Beach
From the house you can see the sandy beach some 8oo meters downhill. By car it is 6 mins. On the beach and in the harbour there are restaurants.
Golf
There are Golf courses at 15km and you are relatively close to Mougins a golfing paradise. Mandelieu and Cannes golf courses are closeby.
Travel
Nearest airport is Nice some 45 mins drive away, car is essential and can be hired at the airport. There is a train station in Le Trayas at some 800m away from the house.
Toulon-Hyeres airport is 1.25 hours away and Marseille airport is a 2 hour drive away.
Distances
Le Trayas is 5 min by car. Theoule sur Mer is 15 min by car.
The whole of the Cote D'Azur is within easy reach from the house by car.
Further details
A selection of restaurants are available closeby. Theoule has two small supermarkets. The Geant Casino (big supermarket) is at Mandelieu and all other shops are on the way to Cannes. Serious shopping can be done in Cannes.
