Woodview Cottage is a lovely restored detached stone cottage, set in its own grounds within a peaceful rural setting, it is set in a no through road, situated in the small hamlet of Le Moustoir, with panoramic views of the breathtaking Finistere countryside, yet only a 3min drive to the nearest village of Braspart, where you will find bars, restaurants, boulangerie-patisserie and general store. It is the ideal location for house hunting, fishing, golf, horse riding, walking, or if you prefer tranquility and solitude, you have an idyllic setting with all amenities to hand.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover day, but this is flexible out of season, departure times 10am, arrival after 3pm.

The lounge as log burning stove, both bedrooms have electric oil filled radiators.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
Outside the cottage is a lovely full length patio of small light coloured stones edged in by small paving slabs. There is a separate barbecue area with a chimney type barbecue fuelled by charcoal or wood. There is a patio table and chairs with parasol and a bench table. The garden its self is very well kept and is very relaxing.
Coast/Beach
A 35 mins drive from the cottage is the beautiful beach of Les-Trevet, with its golden sands, and rugged coast line.
Travel
Brest airport is only 40 mins drive from the cottage, and the nearest ferry port is roscoff, which is one hours drive from the cottage, car is recommended.
Distances
A 3 mins drive to the nearest village of Brapart, where you will find, bars, restaurants, boulangerie-patisserie, general store. A 10 mins drive will take you to the lovely village of Playben with its Beautiful church, bars and restaurants, 30mins drive from the cottage, and you can be in the charming town of Quimper, with its magnificent cathedral, shops, bars, restaurants, pavement cafe's adorn the cobbled streets.
Further details
If its walks and scenery you are after then Huelgoat is perfect with its forest walks along the river the huge stones that seem to have just been dropped there, Huelgoat is a truely mystical place, which is only 20 mins drive from the cottage. The bustling town of Chateaulin is 25 mins journey, but is a lovely town to visit with its bars and restaurants, the river running through the middle of the town, is the main area for salmon fishing.

30% deposit is required on booking, balance plus £50 breakage deposit payable six weeks before holiday commences.
