Newly refurbished, fully equipped, self-catering cottage sleeps 6 with large garden. Situated 25mins from the very popular beaches of La Baule, whilst being on the edge of ‘La Briere’ Natural Park. In a rural setting, the cottage is on the outskirts of the small village of Missillac offering a supermarket, boulangeries and restaurants etc. Historical cities of Nantes and Vannes are 30 mins drive, or travel up the Loire Valley for a picturesque day out. Travel along the coast a small distance and explore the local fishing and yachty towns of La Roche Bernard, and Pornic. Golf lovers are spoilt with a choice of nearby high quality courses.

In Missillac you can find a supermarket, boulangeries, restaurants, bars, and a bank. Pont Chateau is larger offering more amenities including a large supermarket (E Leclerc). You can also find a large shopping mall and 'zone commerciale' only about 30 minutes away, including shops such as Ikea, Decathlon (sport hypermarket) and many more.
Booking notes
Upon booking a 20% non refundable booking deposit is required, the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. We also require a £50 damage deposit, which will be returned on reception of the keys and on confirmation that the cottage and its contents have been left clean and tidy, without damage.
