Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds and include cleaning after departure. A second week is £50 less than the first week and prices can be negotiated for longer periods or for quiet periods.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday or may be flexible out of season. Guests should leave no later than 10am and arrive no earlier than 1pm.

Large private patio overlooking Mediterranean and surrounding hillsides. Side garden with Mimosa and Olive trees. Sun roof for midday shade. Garden table, chairs, sunloungers, barbecue, 2 large shared swimming pools and a number of shared tennis courts.

Coast/Beach
There are a number of local sandy beaches. The apartment is less then 2 miles from the coast and is about 5 mins drive away.

Travel
Nice is the nearest airport and is about 70km drive. Own car hire/own car is essential.

Distances
Les Issambres is the nearest small town (4km) with shops, supermarket, restaurants and weekly market. Ste. Maxime is the nearest large town (10km) and has all amenities and larger markets. Both are on the coast and have beaches, boat trips and water sport facilities.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required when booking. Balance required approx 1 month before holiday when keys willl be sent by recorded delivery.

I want you to know how much my daughter and I appreciated the stay in your apartment in Les Issambres.
When we entered the apartment it felt like home, nicely decorated and very personal.
we had breakfast every single morning on the patio with the gorgeous view overlooking the Mediterranean.
We regretted not having taken the tennis racquet along, but.............
My daughter enjoyed having access to the your books about the Flora and Fauna.
Your apartment can be highly recommended and it is certainly worthwhile coming back.
