There is plenty to do in the nearby towns, all within easy reach. Superb location for stunning large beaches. This area is famous for its wine chateauxs. Excellent cycle routes.

| Kitchen: | Large farmhouse kitchen, well equipped with oven, washing machine, large fridge with suitable sized freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster. Farmhouse pine table and 6 chairs. Please note there is no tumble dryer or dishwasher at present. |
| Utility Room: | No utility room but iron and ironing board can be found neatly stored in the kitchen. |
| Living Rooms: | Large spacoius airy living room with wooden floor, french doors opening onto stunning garden. 2 comfortable sofas, chairs and large coffee table. A storage unit complete with games. Freestanding Lamp. Please note there is no TV or DVD. |
| Other: | Small bright porch overlooking garden with comfortable conservatory chairs and small table. Also a room called the cabin that houses an extra single bed only. Situated off the living room. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Cleaning is once a week. Linen is provided. However please provide your own towels. This is due to hygiene reasons. |

To the front of the property is a large beautiful cottage garden which is part shaded by fig trees. A lovely well which is safely covered. Garden chairs and a table are provided for you to enjoy meals outside. A BBQ is also provided for all your outdoor cooking. Nicely lit outside for summer evenings.

Beautiful sandy beaches within 5 miles. Perfect for just walking or surfing. 10 minutes by car to the well known Soulac Beach Resort.

10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Full balance due 8 weeks before travel (a reminder will be sent). Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
less than 2 weeks - no refund. A refundable security deposit of £150 per booking will be required.
