Notes on prices
During high season, inclusive of weekly villa cleaning, laundered bed linen and towels and pool maintenance. The villa rental includes electricity, gas and water consumption.
Between 1 October and 30 April, electricity consumption is charged according to metered usage. During the same period, wood for the wood burner in the salon is supplied at the property and is charged according to usage.
Wireless broadband internet connection is freely provided as are all local phone calls.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover in high and mid-season. Flexible at other times. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am.

Balcony outside bedroom 1 for breakfasts or early evening aperitifs. Weber gas-fired barbecue, lawned gardens with olives, cypresses, hammock, child swing.
Coast/Beach
A journey of 30 mins takes you to Lac St. Cassien, ideal for children with its beaches, pedalos and restaurants. Lac Ste. Croix and the spectacular Gorge du Verdon are 45 mins drive. There you will find rafting, sailing, climbing or wonderful walks.
Travel
The house is just 75 mins from Nice and Toulon airports. 90 mins from Marseille airport. Car essential.
Distances
The coastal beaches and resorts of Ste. Maxime, St. Tropez and Frejus are reached in 40 mins. Or simply explore the lovely local area with its forest walks and colourful villages.
