In a quiet residential area of Nice yet just a short walk from shops, markets and public transport, Villa Franchi is favourably situated for exploring the many attractions of this cosmopolitan city. A large (60msq) renovated rez-de-jardin apartment in a hundred-year Italian style villa, the property is furnished in Provençal style and is well equipped. It also benefits from spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, thick walls (keeps it cool in summer) and its own large rear furnished terrace. Within a few minutes walk is a daily street market for fresh local produce, Nice's famous flower market and a traffic-free pedestrian area, lined with boutiques and pavement cafés. Museums, art galleries, the Opera, the Promenade des Anglais (beach) and the fascinating old quarter are all easily accessible either on foot or by the new tramway.

Price include professionally laundered and packed towels and linen. A 25% deposit is required when booking and the balance is due 4 weeks before travelling. Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal’s paying service, which offers payment by credit card. A deposit of 150 Euros is payable on arrival and is refundable on leaving the apartment in good order. 4/10/11 nights stay can be priced.

Changeover day
Changeover days are usually Saturdays but we do accommodate midweek starts. Check in is usually between 4:00pm and 8:00pm and Check out at 10:00 am. Outside these times special arrangements can be made if it doesn't interfere with other bookings.

The apartment is well heated in cooler months with electric heating in every room. The apartment is equipped with a telephone, WiFi internet access, TV and DVD player. Guests will benefit from unlimited Internet access, modem served TV channels and free calls to landlines within France and to 60 countries including the UK, the USA and Canada.
Outside
Free street parking is available in front and around the apartment. Large rear furnished terrace with electric barbecue.
Travel
Nice International airport is 7km from the apartment and 20 mins by taxi, which should cost about 30 Euros. A Bus also runs from the airport to within 300 meters from the apartment and costs 1.30 Euros per person.
