There are 2 quiet double bedrooms facing onto an inner courtyard. The apartment is air-conditioned and heated, making it suitable for year round occupancy. It is an ideal base to discover Nice and the surrounding areas of the Riviera. Situated on the second floor of an apartment building (with lift), on Rue Hotel des Postes, the apartment is just off the main shopping street of Ave Jean Medecin opposite to Galeries Lafayette. In the immediate vicinity there are shops and restaurants, with the night life and buzz of the old town just a couple of minutes walk away.

A security/damage deposit of £200/200 Euros is payable before arrival. This will be returned directly to your home within two weeks of departure.

Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are some steps to navigate up to the entrance foyer.
Outside
A small balcony leads off the lounge - ideal for your aperitifs. A table and two chairs are provided.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a couple of minutes walk away.
Travel
Nice Cote d'Azur airport is 7 km away and is serviced by a dedicated shuttle bus to the centre of town.
Distances
As the apartment is in the centre of Nice, all places on the Riviera can easily be reached by bus or train.
Booking notes
Prices are for the property per week in euros for 4/5 sharing, this is all inclusive - Wi-Fi, towels, linen and cleaning. There are no hidden costs. The apartment sleeps 4 plus additional child. Deposit of 30% required with booking. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on confirmation. Payment can be made by inter bank transfer (preferred) in Euros or GB pounds.
