This is a beautiful, rustic farmhouse is set on a hill on the edge of an authentic Normandy village. The views from the farmhouse are beautiful. It is detached and has it's own garden and provides an ideal getaway for families and groups. The open plan living room and dining room are charming and the log burning fire produces a lovely warm glow on return from a walk in the nearby Foret D'Eawy. It is an ideal year round retreat and everyone who visits the farmhouse comments on the wonderful ambience.

Outside
The farmhouse has a lovely large garden mainly laid to lawn which is child friendly. It has a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. The barn has its own garden. For large groups both garden areas are easily accessed.

Coast/Beach
20 minutes drive to the coast (Dieppe).

Golf
Dieppe-Pourville is 25 minutes away. Located on the cliffs of Dieppe with wonderful views of the Channel.
Saint-Saëns Golf Club 25 min. Located between Dieppe and Rouen, with a lovely chateau set in magnificent grounds where they do good food at very reasonable prices.

Travel
The port of Calais and Eurotunnel is a 90 minute drive. Boulogne (Speed Ferries) 75 minutes, the port of Dieppe just 20 minutes. The airport, Paris, Charles de Gaulle is 2 hours 10 minutes.

Distances
The charming market town of Dieppe is a 20 minute drive away with it's wonderful Saturday market.
Rouen the capital of Normandy with it's wonderful medieval centre is about 40 minutes drive. The coastal towns of St. Valery-en-Caux and Veules-Les-Roses are within 30 minutes drive and worth a visit.

Local shops in village and nearest supermarket are 10 minutes drive.
Dieppe with its wonderful markets, bars and restaurants is 20 minutes drive away.
