French windows open out to shaded and sunny terraces. Barbecue with summer dining and lounge areas where meals can be taken beside the pool. The spacious house is very well decorated and furnished with air conditioning, quality bedrooms and bathrooms.

Minimum of 2 weeks rentals. If 1 week rental: +20% majorated. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Arrival times from 05.00 PM Departure time on 10.00 AM Security deposit payable on arrival and will be refunded in full less the cost of any damage or breakage.
Payment condition: Booking with 25% Balance with 75% 8 weeks prior arrival.
The booking is considered confirmed upon reception date of bank transfer. Copy of bank transfert to be faxed on +33 (0)4 93617863 (With no fees for receiver).
