This luxury Provencal Villa which is set in its own grounds in a beautiful wooded setting with outside terrace is in the Village of Villecroze. The pool is heated usually from April - October. The village has 6 restaurants, newsagents/gift shop, small general shop, post office, butcher, boulangerie/patisserie and tourist office.

Notes on prices
The prices quoted are for the property per week. A refundable security deposit of 500 Euros is required to be paid with the final balance. Extra supplement charge for Christmas and New Year.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday (maybe flexible out of season)
Arrival time after 4.00pm and before 9pm, unless previously arranged. Departure time by 9.30am. These times allow a comprehensive clean of the property.

Villecroze is surrounded by other very pretty villages, Aups, Salernes, Lorgues, Contignac and Tourtour. The nearest town is Draguignan which is 20 minutes drive away.
Lake St.Croix and the Gorge du Verdon is about 20 minutes drive with magnificent views where you can picnic, take out pedal boats, electric boats and kayaks.
Further details
There is in the village a small general shop, boulangerie, post office, newsagents. There is a very good supermarket in the village of Salernes about 5 minutes drive away. Banks are available in Aups, Salernes, Lorgues and Draguignan.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the rental is due at the time of reservation. Full balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £400 refundable security/damage deposit is required to be paid with your final balance.
