Our charming thatched cottage is set within 3 acres of beautiful gardens. It is situated on the side of a valley with breathtaking views of the Normandy countryside. The pretty town of Honfleur is only 10 minutes drive and Deauville beach is just 20 minutes drive away. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The cottage has 4 double bedrooms and many additional facilities including a DVD library, table football, petanque court, sun loungers and patio furniture on the private decking area, BBQ. There is also a large stunning conservatory which makes the most of the fantastic, unspoilt valley views. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Enjoy Normandy here at La Roquerie.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros for up to 6 persons.
For 8 persons (Mar to Oct) add an extra 50 euros. We take a security deposit of 200 euros. This is refunded in full within four weeks of your return, subject to there being no breakages/damage/additional heavy cleaning required.
The end of stay cleaning charge is 65 euros.
Changeover day
Saturdays, arriving from 16:00 onwards and departing the following Saturday morning at 10:00 am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen included. The cottage will be cleaned ready for your arrival. There is an end of stay cleaning charge of £45. We do ask for you to do the pots (+ unstack them from the dishwasher), strip the bedding and leave the cottage tidy. |

Outside
3 acres of grounds, small patio area directly outside the front door. Large decking area further down the garden with sun loungers, BBQ, garden table and chairs. Private petanque court. Adult swing and toddler swing.
Coast/Beach
Small beach 10 minutes away in Honfleur.
Large beach in Deauville - 20 minutes drive.
Golf
Deauville golf course 6 miles away.
Travel
Car is recommended. Le Havre ferry port is 25 minutes drive, Caen is 55 mins drive and Speedferries at Boulogne 2 hours 15 min motorway drive. Deauville Airport is 15 mins drive away.
Distances
Genneville 2km away for local shop and bakers. Beuzeville 6km away for a large selection of shops, restaurants, pizzaria and supermarket. Honfleur with its shops, fabulous restaurants and galleries is 10km away.
Further details
Please note that during the winter we only open 3 of the double bedrooms, hence the cottage sleeps 6 in December, January and February. There is a travel cot, baby bath and highchair for babies.
Booking notes
We will send you a booking form for you to complete and return. We ask for 40% of the booking fee to reserve your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday.

I'm just writing to say we stayed at your beautiful Normandy cottage in June and we had a lovely time. The house, gardens and view were very pretty indeed. The children had plenty of space to play and enjoyed the swing and table football. We would definitely recommend it to others.
