Accessibility
The entire ground floor is wheelchair friendly, however, there are no special handles in bathroom etc. One small step up into entrance hall.

The house is south facing the kitchen opens out onto a covered terrace, with gas BBQ and traditional stone sink, perfect for enjoying warm morning croissant, shady lunches and balmy dinners with the flood lit chateau as a backdrop. Tables and seating for 12. The sitting room and ground floor bedroom open out also onto the shady rose and grape vine covered terrace. The totally private pool area has a tiled surround with sun loungers. The rest of the pool area is lawn with Olive and Mulberry tree and shrubs. Boules park. Golf
From this ideal peaceful haven you can enjoy a game of golf or tennis locally; there is an amazing Park Azur funfair for the children, mini golf, sailing, diving, water park and Marineland in Antibes. The world famous Pampelonne beaches and their restaurants are half an hour away. The ferry from Port Grimaud will take you to St Tropez where you can enjoy the Provençal market, view the stunning yachts, or simply shop till you drop. The Vuitton shop in St Tropez has the biggest turnover worldwide! You can visit the Plateau de Valensole lavender fields, or marvel at the Gorges de Verdon, the 2nd largest canyon in the world. Visit the perfume factories in Grasse, eat authentic pasta in Italy, or visit some of the fascinating Provençal villages, like Gassin and Ramatuelle.
Skiing
The inland 'Alpes du Sud' have some spectacular areas for walking & hikling. Try the 'Train des Pignes', old steam railway that winds its way up to the winter ski area.
