In the region of Vendee, a peaceful and tranquil location, 'Champigny' is newly renovated and has a large roof tiled terrace with barbecue, overlooking the 11m x 7m fully fenced and heated swimming pool with unspoilt and private views to the countryside. Close to the historic village of Vouvant and Mervant forest and fishing lakes. Atlantic beaches such as La Rochelle are a 40 minute car journey and there is golf at La Roche Sur Von, Bourgenay and L'Aiguillon Sur Vie.

Saturday. Departures before 10.30 am and arrivals 4pm. However, we may be able to accommodate special requests if you contact us to discuss the matter.

The property is all on one level with no internal steps etc.
However the toilets and bath ,shower etc are not specially modified for disabled
Outside
Our private pool fully complies with European safety standards and is fully enclosed and heated. There is a large terrace area for entertaining with a barbecue. The terrace benefits from a tiled roof and patio table and chairs. There is also a selection of pool loungers and outside chairs and a large garden. The pool and garden area offers unspoilt and private views across the countryside.
Coast/Beach
Atlantic beaches which include La Rochelle are a 45 minute car journey. There are swimming lakes with slides, boating and family fun situated in Chassenon le Bourge, a 10 minute drive from the house.

Local groceries are available from St Hilaire de Loges, which is a 5 minute drive. Although Fontenay le Comte, a larger town, offering bars, coffee shops and usual retail outlets is a 15 min drive.
