An independent traditional style chalet in a 3 storey building comprising of a upper main chalet with 4 double bedrooms sleeps max 10 with an internal staircase with lockable door to the lower apartment, 2 bedrooms sleeps 6. Can be rented together or separately. One of the first of a small development of chalets built by MGM at the centre of the resort. Traditional Savoyard style individual chalet clad in pine. The main chalet has open plan living room, kitchen/dining area. Open log fire, electric radiators, balcony. Well equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (2 en suite) main bathroom with wc and separate wc. Extra pullout double bed in living area. Sleeps max 10. The lower apartment has a well equipped kitchen, living/dining area with double sofa bed. 2 double bedrooms with en suite washbasin and shower and main shower room with w/basin and wc. External door. 2 undercover parking spaces under nearby apartment block.

Prices include bedlinen, bath towels, tea towels,
electricity and electric heating and logs for open fire.
£100 charge for final clean of chalet (£50 final clean charge for apartment), refundable if property left clean and tidy.
Security/breakage deposit required £300 per booking payable before arrival. Refundable if all is in order when property has been checked at end of stay.
Changeover day
Normally Saturday but can be flexible out of peak season.
Arrival time not before 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am at the latest.

Catered option- for up to 12 people using entire chalet, prices and details on application.Breakfast and afternoon tea daily, 4 course dinner with wine 6 days a week. Daily room cleaning.
Outside
Private balcony for use of main upper chalet otherwise. Open plan estate, no separate garden available. Barbecue equipment available. Private covered parking for 2 cars in nearby apartment block (one space for chalet one for apartment below).

Available at Tignes, approx 25 mins drive away.
Skiing
Within 100m of first ski lift at Sainte Foy station. Skiers and boarders of all levels. Within approx 20 mins drive from Bourg St Maurice, 25 mins drive from Tignes, Val D'Isere, Les Arcs and approx 40 mins drive from La Rosiere.
Travel
Nearest airports Chambery and Grenoble are approx 1.5 hour's drive. Lyon and Geneva 2.5 hour approx. All served by budget airlines.
The nearest railway station is Bourg St Maurice. There is a Eurostar train to Bourg St Maurice which operates in the ski season.
Approx 10 hour's drive to channel ports of Calais, Boulogne and Dunkerque.
Distances
Shops, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk on resort.
Sainte Foy village approx 10 mins drive (free shuttle bus available from resort to village). Towns of Bourg St Maurice, Val D'Isere, Tignes and Les Arcs approx 20 - 25 mins drive.
Summer only when pass is open -road to La Rosiere to Col du St Petit Bernard approx 40 mins drive to Italian border to La Thuile and on to the Aosta Valley.
