This secluded apartment is just a few meters from the "La Croisette" main ski lifts, the "Forum" shopping and entertainments and "Le Village des Enfants" creche, and gives direct access to and from the pistes. The recently refurbished apartment offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains from a private balcony and includes rear access to a private resident's car park, the pistes and the "Praz" ski lift on the same level as the apartment (3rd floor).

Changeover day
Changeover day is on Sunday.

Arrival time is after 4 pm and you must leave the apartment before 10am on departure day.

Living Rooms: Studio room with 3-seater sofabed that opens out into a double bed. Includes kitchenette area with sink, electric hobs (2), microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge. TV and DVD player (a small selection of DVDs available).
Other: Separate hall / bunk-bed area (2 single bunk-beds).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen, quilts, pillows etc. and hand/tea towels are provided.
Bunk beds are made up prior to arrival.
Property is cleaned prior to and after rental period. Only bath towels are required to be brought with you.

The accommodation has a communal heating system with separate temperature control of each radiator as required.
Continuous hot water is available.
Kettle, toaster and coffeemaker.

Skiing
The apartment is located in the centre of Courchevel 1850, set at the heart of the famous "3 Vallées" ski area with an incredible 200 inter-connected ski-lifts and 330 downhill runs over an accumulated length of 600km (the largest ski area in the World). There is a good selection of skiing ranging from nursery areas for absolute beginners through to ski-runs to challenge advanced skiers. The apartment is at the ideal location for easy access to the slopes and main ski-lift station (approx. 150 yards from the apartment).
Courchevel 1850 has guaranteed quality snow cover thanks to over 560 snow cannons from the beginning to the end of the season. It offers a fabulous range of bars, restaurants and stylish boutiques, as well as cinemas and other entertainments. These include a skating rink, climbing wall and convenience shops in "Le Forum" and the start of a toboggan run both of which are conveniently located near the apartment.

By air:

By train: Eurostar operates weekend services from London Waterloo and Ashford to Moutiers which is 25 minutes drive from Courchevel. Take a taxi - or a bus which operates to the resort.

By Car: Courchevel is approximately 8 hours (not including stops) from Calais.

Further details
There are over 150 shops in the resort, as well as three cinemas and four nightclubs. A nursery program for children from age two is available in Courchevel 1850 at the Le Village des Enfants - opposite the apartment (tel: +33 479 08 08 47). This is open from 09:00 to 17:00.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable key and security deposit of £100 is requested and will be returned to you after the apartment has been checked and the keys have been returned.
