Entrance from the street into a private courtyard garden with open and covered terraces, garden furniture and BBQ. The house has 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 single bedrooms with a further bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Mezzanine area with double sofabed and TV. Fully equipped laundry room. The house also benefits from radiator central heating for the cooler months.

Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day with arrival not before 4pm and departure should be by 10am.

Quality linen (bed linen and towels) can be hired separately at a price of £35 per rental for a double bed pack and £28 per rental for a single bed pack. Rental price includes an end of stay cleaning charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Full oil fired radiator central heating is available for the cooler months. The courtyard garden is private, walled and fully secure for young children. Toddlers would need to take care with the stairs inside the property. The property is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The courtyard garden is on 2 levels. The upper level is covered providing welcome shade. This area has a large dining table with seating for 8 plus a Weber kettle BBQ. The lower level receives sun virtually the whole day. All the courtyard area is terracotta tiled. There is good availability of loungers and deckchairs for relaxing.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Cannes, Frejus, St Maxime and La Napoule are all between 45-60 mins drive away.
Golf
The Four Seasons golf resort 'La Terre Blanche' is 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Nice airport is 60 mins dirve away. Toulon / Hyeres is 2 hours drive away.
Distances
Lac St Cassien (11km) offers swimming, canoeing and wind surfing. The Gorge du Verdon is 1 hour away. The perfume centre of Grasse is 30 mins away.
Further details
Tennis and an outdoor public swimming pool is available in Fayence. A typical Provencal market is held in Fayence on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The is a good variety of restaurants in Fayence and all are within 3-5 minutes walking distance of the property so no problems with driving out to find good dining locations.
Booking notes
The rental rates are prices from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday and include all utilities and end of stay cleaning charge. A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation with the full balance to be paid 8 weeks before rental commences. A damage deposit of 300 euros, paid locally, is required.
