This luxury, comfortably studio is situated on the ground floor of an elegant building. It has been entirely rebuilt and designed by an interior architect and very nicely decorated. It offers a private garden and a private parking (under the building). It comfortably sleeps 2 persons with an upscale sofa king-bed in the living room. The living-room is equipped with large closets with sliding doors, a convenient desk, a dining table and chairs, an end table, an American kitchen. There is a very nice bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC, along with a washer dryer.
