‘Les Grangettes’ is a ground floor, end apartment which has a hallway, two bedrooms, American kitchen, living room, separate bathroom and toilet. It is able to sleep up to six people and has a private garage, large balcony and great views over the surrounding hills. It has central heating and a lovely open fire. It situated in Courchevel 1550, close to the centre and five minutes from the ski lifts.

Notes on prices
Prices are for weekly rentals for the apartment in UK pounds.
High season, Christmas, New Year, February and Easter. Mid season, March. Low season, January and last week in April.
Changeover day
These rates are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. However, for some months we will take shorter bookings.

Skiing
Nestling among the pine trees, Courchevel is the most prestigious of the massive Three Valley ski area.The full area covers 600m of pistes and 200 lifts including some wonderful off piste opportunities and many terrain parks. Courchevel 1550 is situated directly below 1850 and offers quick and easy access to the main ski areas in the Courchevel valley.
Further details
There is a free Ski bus service which runs every day between the villages of Courchevel until around midnight. The Gondola between 1550 and 1850 stays open in the evening until approximately 7.30pm.

30% deposit with balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
