This luxury apartment is family owned and finished to 4* standards following a full renovation in 2006. Conveniently located in the heart of the Paradiski area, allowing easy access to both la Plagne and les Arcs vast ski areas. Our apartment is on the ground floor and consists of 3 rooms (55m2 + double balcony). The interiors are contemporary with only top of the range fixtures and fittings. We have a well established local team of experts to make your stay in our luxury apartment run as smoothly as possible. Our additional services detailed below are already included in the prices quoted per week for the apartment. More photos on our web site link at bottom of page. This winter La Plagne does have great snow.

Changeover day
Saturday Changeover day, can be flexible out of season.

| Living Rooms: | The main living area consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen / dining / lounge area. There is a double sofa bed and a single pull out bed. The apartment has a 20' flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, Nintendo 64 console with games and CDs/ DVDs/books. |

Outside
The apartment has a private double balcony with furniture. There are some great areas for sledging around the apartment and also up just one bubble lift (a 2 minute walk from the apartment).
Skiing
This is a ski in-ski out apartment in the heart of Paradiski hence offering unlimited winter sports and leisure activities, a place suitable for novices but also offers more than enough for the most experienced of skiers and boarders. The apartment is close to the impressive Vanoise Express cable car providing easy access both La Plagne and Les Arcs. La Plagne was voted the ‘No. 1 family skiing resort’ in 2002. English speaking creche and ski school, lift passes free to under 6’s and children are welcome in all bars and restaurants. Les Coches (1,450m) is ideal for families looking for a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. Paradiski facts: Altitude: 1,250m - 3,250m, 425km piste, 239 slopes, 2 glaciers, 29 Black, 66 Red, 132 Blue and 12 Green Slopes, 144 lifts (incl. Vanoise Express), 315 snow cannons, 3 Boardercross, 4 snowparks, 1 halfpipe. Direction of slopes – mainly North, NE and NW. Glacier Skiing: Winter /Summer – Bellecote glacier 105km cross country trails.
Travel
Les Coches is accessible via air, rail or self drive from the UK. Air Competitive fares to Geneva/ Lyon/ Chambéry (Eg Easyjet, BMI, BA). Rail Eurostar to Bourg St Maurice. TGV trains - Paris to Aime. For les Coches use Laundry station. Self drive from Calais - drive is approx 9-10 hours. Motorway Lyon/Albertville: A43 and A430. From Geneva: N201 (Cruseilles)then A41 to Chambery, A43 and A430 to Albertville, N90 to Laundry, then follow signs to Montchavin-Les Coches.

Les Coches (1,450m) is a charming, picturesque resort built in chalet style. It provides essential shops, bakery, bars, restaurants, ski hire, crèche and ski school and an ice skating rink. The additional services that we offer, detailed below are included in the apartment price: We offer a high quality service with email and phone contact giving advice on travel, pre-booking of ski lessons, pre-booking discounted lift passes and pre-booking discounted equipment hire. We offer a service which makes your holiday run as smoothly as possible. This means more time on the slopes and less time wondering around the village trying to find the ski hire shop and queuing for lift passes and booking lessons etc. We have a representative in resort that is available for emergencies. We are also here to welcome you to Les Coches and show you to your apartment. We will provide you with a welcome pack consisting of all the information that you may need. If you have pre-booked lessons we will be on hand to make sure that you know where the meeting point is and, if at all possible, we will be there to introduce you to your instructor. If we have booked group lessons for your children then we will also make sure that your child has a free of charge helmet. Welcome food packs and breakfast delivered to the apartment are also optional luxury extras.
Booking notes
Current pricing includes cleaning, tourist tax and all our additional services. Provisional Booking: If the week you would like is available, we are happy to hold this for you for 4 days to give you a chance to discuss with the rest of your group/ book travel arrangements prior to making a firm booking. Confirming a booking once you’ve confirmed your booking then we can either send you a booking form by email or post. All we need then is a completed form and deposit of just £100.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love family friendly resorts and so chose to buy a newly developed property in France where we could all ski / learn to ski and be happy with the creche facilities provided. The English speaking ski school in Evolution 2 are brilliant with kids and adults too.
We also holiday there in the Summer - it is beautiful in July and August when the village is open. We drive there and sometime drop in to Eurodisney on the return trip to break up the journey - always a winner with the kids.
