Authentic Villa of Villegiature located in the beautiful traditionally French ski village of Saint Gervais. On the feet of the Mont Blanc. In the summer time you climb up the Mont Blanc through the "Voie Royal" from the villa. In the winter you ski taking the tramway on the slopes of les Houches (Chamonix side) or in taking the ski-bus you get the slopes of Saint Gervais/Megève/St Nicolas de Veroce (550 km of slopes. The large secure and closed garden, is ideal for children to play in summer or winter time.The Chominix Vallee is one of the most magnificent regions of France and is wonderful in all seasons for skiers, walkers, climbers and a host of other activities (so easy to organise).

Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros.
The cleaning is not inclued. So you have to paid directly to the housekeeper 110 Euros and the gas heating depend of our consumption. Also if you need sheets and towels.
It's 13 euros by bed to be paid directly to the housekeeper.
Changeover day
Normal change over days are Saturdays. Arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am. It may be possible to accommodate other times depending on bookings.

Accessibility
The garden is flat (exceptional in the mountain) and there is a bedroom in the ground floor with a bathroom with shower and independent toilet.
Outside
There is a large and closed garden (1 000 sq m2)with outdoor funiture : umbrella lounge chair + 2 wood tables for 12 guests and BBQ facilities.
Coast/Beach
There is a lakeside beach with facilities for wind surfing 15 mms drive aways with the Mt Blanc majestic in the background. Beach at the lakes Annecy & Geneva are an excellent possibility. Or for the children to the Contamines there is a very nice area.
Golf
There are 2 closer Golf : in Megeve (10 mms) and Chamonix (20 mms) Both with very good reputation and very nice and different course. With also good golf pro.
Skiing
A marvellous skiing area : 550 kms of piste between St Gervais/Megeve/St Nicolas de Véroce with also easy access to les Contamines - The lift system is higthly efficient and there are hardly ever any queues. Also in front of the villa you can discover in taking the Montblanc tramway the Chamonix Valley skiing directly through "Les Houches". Also discover the famous "Vallee Blanche" in Chamonix.
Special interest holidays
It is possible to organise a special interest holidays through the office of tourism in Saint Gervais.
For example, walking, climbing, road cycling, mountain biking, rafting or multi-activity holidays.
Saint Gervais is also a thermal-spa, very famous Institute of Beauty-care opens the door to new levels of well being.
The proposed care packages are the ideal complement to a day of hiking or skiing.
Travel

Geneva Airport is about 45 mms by car and there is a bus service. In winter a car is not really needed. Driving time from Calais is about 9 hrs. The TGV from Paris is direct to St Gervais (5 hrs).
Distances
Although the villa is a private secluded situation the village is on the doorstep. International Icering 500 m, tennis, swimming pool, bikes, mini-golf, creche. Rafting, kayaking. Paragliding, rock climbing, outings with moutain guides, horses riding all available at hand.
At feet of the villa the Mt Blanc tramway takes one to the Eagle's Nest !
Further details
In the historic village there is a variety of shops : 3 banks and restaurants for every taste & pocket. The supermarket is 5 mms walk. The old town of Annecy on its beautiful lake is well worth a visit either by motorway or by a fascinating route through the mountains. Also nearby the town of Chamonix with the highest cable car in Europe without forgetting Megeve with it's pedestrianised centre and many chic bars, designer shops and expensive art galleries.
Booking notes
Once interest has been indicated for a specific time period, a contract will be sent out which must be returned signed with a deposit of 30% to confirm the booking. The balance is normally due one month before arrival. A damage deposit of 800,-€ (euros) is required on arrival.
