Deposit Euro 200 per week, by cheque to be received before the rental, rent and cleaning to be paid upon arrival. Check will be returned after inspection.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but there is flexibility depending on occupancy. Arrival time is 4pm, and departure time 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The flat is very children friendly. Has a safe box. It is heated for the winter season.
No wheelchair access.
Outside
The large garden has bountiful fruit trees and many flowering bushes. The flat has a private fenced garden with table and chairs, as well as a balcony overlooking the garden. There is a shared gated pool with lounge chairs.
Coast/Beach
Les Saintes Maries de la Mer (80 km)and Marseille (110 km) are about 1 1/2 hrs away. Swimming is also possible in the formidable Pont-du-Gard (12 km).
Golf
There is a golf course in Uzes, about 4 km from the town.
Travel
Uzes is 25 minutes from Nimes, a Ryanair destination. There is a convenient regional bus from the Nimes TGV station to Uzes, so coming by car is not necessary, though convenient to visit nearby towns. Uzes is 40 minutes from Avignon, also with (intra-departmental) bus service.
Distances
In Uzes proper there is Haribo, with its candy museum.
Nearest villages include St Quentin la Potterie, home to many potters and artisans. Nearby towns and villages include Ales, Anduze, Arpaillargues, Goudargues, Pont St Esprit. A bit farther are Arles, St Remy de Provence. Aix-en-Provence is 80 Km away.
Further details
The house is in town, so a short stroll of 400m will take you to all amenities (open year-round): a Petit Casino and Monoprix, grocery stores, many French bakeries and pastry stores, meat stores and pharmacies. There are two markets a week, with the busy Saturday market drawing merchants and artisans from across the region.
