Blueberry Cottage is located on the edge of a small village (population 1200) 8 miles southeast of Toulouse centre. It is set on a ridge with panoramic views south over rolling countryside and with the Pyrenees mountains as a backdrop. Blueberry Cottage offers guests rural quiet and serenity; the use of a shared (with owners) brand new saline pool (9m x 4.5m); Sundance Marin Jacuzzi, and terrace with Weber BBQ. Guests are welcome to spread out and relax in the large reception rooms: a living room with fireplace, TV, DVD and dining hall with two sofas for rainy night conviviality. The guest bedrooms are in very private wings of the house. The upstairs "B&B Suite" is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and one bath and can accommodate 1-5 guests (+ baby) - rented to related parties only. A main floor suite, 35 sq.m. with bedroom and ensuite bath, direct access to pool and terrace is also available. We kindly request no smoking in the bedrooms, all furnishings are new.

Note: Bedrooms 1-3 ("B&B Suite"): prices are degressive as the rental of bedrooms 2 and/or 3 is linked to the rental of bedroom 1 to the same party.
Table d'hotes available if reserved 24 hours in advance for evening of arrival only: 22 Euros, beverages, wine and coffee included. Kids under 14: 8 Euros.
Weber BBQ: self-catering 5 Euros per meal, plus 2 Euros per person... to defray utility and clean-up costs.

Bedroom 1 ("Charme"): 17 sq.m. Queen size bed, decoration style Provence, air conditioning, TV. View south overlooking pool, garden, countryside and on a clear day, the Pyrenees mountains.
Bedroom 2 ("Glycine"): 17 sq.m. Standard double bed, air conditioning, TV, view full south.
Bedroom 3 ("Neptune"): 13 sq.m. Single bed. A cozy, tastefully decorated snug. Child's crib available.
View southwest.
Bathroom: Bathtub, separate shower stall, vanity, separate wc.
"Sinclair Suite" - main floor private wing.
Bedroom 4: 35 sq.m. With king size sleigh bed, TV, richly decorated with touches of British coziness - deep pile red carpeting, draps with red poppies. Direct access to pool and terrace. Ensuite bath with shower, vanity, towel warmer and independent wc.

 

Notes on accommodation
Amenities available to guests: parking, use of Weber BBQ and kitchen facilities, laundry room, WIFI internet access, pool, Jacuzzi, large reception rooms. Air conditioning in bedrooms 1 and 2, reception rooms. Central heating, fireplace in main reception room.

Outside
Shared pool 9x4.5m. Jacuzzi 4 places (terrycloth robes provided). Terrace with lounge chairs, table and chairs.
Weber BBQ. The gardens extend down the hillside on three separate terraces - the grounds are fully fenced.

Golf
A 9-hole public golf course is 10 minutes' drive. Our village water tower can be seen from the clubhouse terrace.

Travel
Toulouse (Blagnac) airport is 30 minutes' drive.

Toulouse centre - 8 miles; art centres of Revel, Durfort, Sorreze - 35 miles; Albi - 45 miles; Carcassonne - 90 miles.
Toulouse Space Centre - 6 miles; cycleways along the Canal du Midi - 6 miles.

Blueberry Cottage is situated 5 minutes from a shopping mall with a major supermarket... a country road's drive with no stoplights.

Booking notes
Rentals are per night with no minimum stay. We require a deposit of 10%, or minimum of 25 euros, applied to final bill or refunded if cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the reservation start date. Payment by cash or cheque.
