It has its own large garden with plunge pool and outdoor facilities. Ideal for summer or winter (with its open log fire) and is a real "home from home".

Changeover day
Friday or midweek changeover is available. We prefer guests to leave by 10am on day of departure to allow for turn around clean etc. Back to Back booking is not available due to proper cleaning to take place for your hygiene.

The longere has been developed to provide excellent facilities for those on holiday. The owners have provided many amenities that have children and adults in mind. There are smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and blankets positioned around the house in case of emergency and also some first aid facilities. The rooms are all large and airy and there is plenty of room to park cars outside. Baby cot, playpen, pushchair, babywalker and highchair are provided.

Outside
The garden is large with swings, goal net and other outdoor games provided. There are some spare golf clubs and bicycle available. There is a large patio area with BBQ, a covered well and covered storage area. There is also a 15' circular above ground swimming pool, ideal to stay cool on the hot, sunny Brittany days.
Coast/Beach
There are many, long sandy, golden beaches within 25 minutes drive of the longere. Most of them skirt quaint towns that are great for coffee and pastries at there cafes and restaurants.
Golf
There are at least 8 golf courses within 25 minutes drive of the longere. They are in fantastic condition and underused as is normal with French golf courses. It is normal to be able to turn up and play but if you would like to book, there is comprehensive contact information in the info book in the longere.
Travel
Car hire is essential if you plan to see the area and the roads are very quiet. Dinard is the nearest airport (40 mins. drive) and the port of St. Malo is also only 40 mins drive. Many ferries travel from England to St. Malo and are regular and very reasonably priced.

Further details
The longere is ideal as a base to experience real French life. All the locals are very friendly, and nothing is too far away to visit. An information book is at the longere and provides comprehensive info on restuarants, towns, golf, beaches and things to do and see.
Booking notes
You will be sent, either by email or post, a simple booking form (and terms and conditions) that you can return with the deposit. On receipt of this we will send out a confirmation. The remaining letting fee needs to be forwarded no less than six weeks before booked dates.
