Le Chenai is a renovated old Normandy farm house that is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house has a large and attractive garden, and the area is so peaceful with only the sound of bird song in the mornings and evenings. Suisse Normande is a beautiful rural part of France. The house is in a small hamlet with extensive woodland adjoining, set high above the River Orne with walks and mountain biking routes in all directions from the house. Clecy, a pretty French village with shops and cafés, is only 30 mins walk downhill through the woods to the river Orne. You can enjoy canoeing and aquatic sports on the River Orne, horse riding, mountain biking, hang gliding and cliff climbing for the adventurous. There is also paragliding, mountain biking, birdwatching, horseriding, swimming, tennis and golf in the area. Choose from restaurants, cafes, or BBQ at home and enjoy the peaceful evening under a star-lit sky.

Changeover day
Changeover is Saturday. Arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am. This gives our cleaner time to clean between bookings. Happy to consider changeovers on days other than the weekend except in high season - please contact us with your requirements.
