Situated in Saint Valérien a picturesque, peaceful French village. Minutes from the local boulangerie with large supermarches within 15 minutes drive. Activities to keep everybody occupied; 20 miles from the Atlantic coast, walking in pine forests of Mervent, spectacular shows at 'Puy du fou' and plenty more. Ideally located within an hour of 3 international airports with regular flights from the UK and within 3 - 4 hours drive of the main western France ferry terminals. Please also note that the house is a detached house with its own enclosed garden, you would not be sharing it with anyone.

Within an hour of 3 international airports, 40 minutes from La Rochelle, one hour from Nantes and Poitiers. All of which have regular flights from the UK.
Approximate journey times from ports to the house; St. Malo (3 hours), Caen/Cherbourg (4 hours), Le Havre (4.5 hours), Dieppe (5 hours).
Use of car is essential due to rural location.
