| Living Rooms: | Open and spacious living room of 31sqm with exposed beams, stone walls and original large open fireplace, leads directly onto the sun terrace and garden. Very comfortable seating areas include 3 sofas and music center. |
| Other: | The cottage also has a viewing gallery and a mezzine floor. This is used to relax, watch Tv, a video or play DVDs of which we have quite a number. |

Outside
Private garden with BBQ, large terrace sun loungers and parasols, outdoor furniture for relaxing and alfresco dining. Within the garden we have a 12ft diameter set up pool, which is ideal for children and for the adults to sit and relax with a glass of champagne. Stunning views of surrounding countryside and villages can be enjoyed from the garden.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Meschers, ST George-de-Didonne and Royan are 45 mins drive in normal conditions and are suitable for families with young children, offering good facilities.
Golf
18 hole golf courses at Cognac, Royan and Saintes and a number in northern Bordeaux.
Travel
Ryan air flies to La Rochelle (1 hour) BmiBaby files to Bordeaux (1 hour). The nearest channel port is ST. Marlo with Brittany Ferries (4 hours dual carriage all the way)
A car is essential.

Nearest villige is Ozzillac 1lm. Jonzac 6km. La Rochelle is 110km approx Royan is 60km approx Cognac is 40km.
Further details
Jonzac a pretty spa town is 3 miles away and offers all amenities. Jonzac chateau is beautiful and the leisure base with man made lake and beach is well worth a visit, the children will enjoy the lagoon swimming pool with Slide wave machine and both indoor and outdoor beaches. Markets selling local produce are held Tuesday and Friday mornings. Excellent supermarket in Jonzac. La Rchelle: take a day trip to this historical town, there is a marina, old port, beaches and plenty of seafood restaurants to choose from. La Rochelle Aquarium is open 365 days and hold over 10,000 specimens. Cognac town where the world famous drink is produced. Distlleries such as Hennessy Remy Matin and Martell are open to visitors and samples to be tasted. Take a mini cruise along the Charante.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required with the balance becoming due 6 weeks before holiday. A refundable deposit of £200 is requested with your final payment. The cottage should be left in the same clean condition that is is found in.
