One lane behind the flower market the apartment is a little home away from home with a cosy ambience. Everything is very close by. Short walk to the beach and promenade (deckchairs provided in flat). On the way home you will walk through the amazing fresh produce market approx 1 minute from the flat. A full sized fridge in the kitchen along with four plate stovetop make this very convenient to sample a bit of home cooking. Nicouse style. The lanes around Vieux Nice are steeped in history but this is a genuine working town and so doesn’t have that Disney land feel. Great cafes, restaurants and specialty providors are in abundance within the town and a car is absolutely not necessary. Our flat has been set up for people who enjoy pleasant surroundings and we hope you will come and stay.

Well, holiday makers, Susan my wife and I are carers in Buckinghamshire and together with our friend and boss Graham love to gadd about the place savouring good foods, wines and cultures. Hence our long term ownership of our Apartment in Nice.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought in Nice because its so much fun. Its not just a beach, its the 'French Riviera'! We didn't think that we would find a place with 'it all' but we have. There is no doubt.
Unique benefits of the property
Susan and I are able to enjoy all that the French Riviera has to offer by just walking outside our front door.
