Le Petite Chateau has only recently been renovated and has beautiful parquet flooring throughout. Its period marble fireplaces add character and warmth to the dining area and reception room. The bedrooms are all spacious with tea/coffee making facilities and TV. There are two picturesque balcony rooms, a family room which sleeps 4 comfortably and 3 other spacious double rooms.

Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Saturday and all guests must vacate by 10am. All arrivals must arrive no earlier than 4pm.
Notes on accommodation
There is a breakage fee payable in advance of; 400 euros and will be refunded at the end of your stay providing all is well. There is a house keeper that will call mid week to hoover and clean bathrooms only.
Outside
The garden is set in one acre of grounds which include a swimming pool, small wooded area a pond and a stream. The pool has strict control on use, no toys or sharp objects in the pool....etc.
Golf
There are golf courses within a short drive.
Travel
Bergerac airport is only 25min away. We are situated on the D8 between Bergerac and Perigueux (Vergt).
Distances
Both Bergerac and Perigueux are 25 mins away along with Sarlat, St Astier, Mussidan. There are many Chateaux to visit and lots to do and see. There is a market to browse around everyday of the week within a distance of 25 min.
Further details
All amenities are just a two minute walk and include; 7 bars and restaurants, banks, 2 supermarkets, hairdressers and markets.
