The house is in the picturesque hill top village of Ventabren. However 2 minutes from the house you have a local supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and tobacconist, where you can get everything for a stress free holiday. 12 km away you have Aix en Provence, a charming, lively Provencal town with its 3 weekly street markets, restaurants and shops. You have a choice of many beaches about half an hour away, with the cities of Marseille, Arles, Nimes, Avignon, the Luberon National park, with its beautiful villages and countryside within an hours drive. The international airport of Marseille and the new TGV station are about 20 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
We require a deposit of 25% (non-refundable) and full payment 1 month prior to occupation. A security deposit of half a week's rent is payable , cash or check only, this will be returned when you leave, minus any costs or dammage incurred.
On departure, we can provide cleaning for a fee of 60€, if you do not wish to do it yourself.
