We offer the perfect place for you to explore the region or simply relax in the garden or around the pool. We are located within easy reach of many French channel ports and only 45 minutes drive from Dinard and Rennes airports, both of which have low cost airline flights from the UK. The property is in a superb location with many places of interest to visit, such as Mont St Michel, St Malo, Dinard and Dinan. It is also only a 45 minute drive to the long sandy beaches of the beautiful Emerald coast. The nearest town, St Brice-en-Coglès, is only 3.5kms away. We have lived in Brittany for several years and are available to assist, advise and ensure that you have a comfortable, trouble free holiday. Wifi internet access. Pets welcome.

Two double bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor, plus a large childrens room with 2 single beds and bunk beds. A shower room, with separate toilet is located on the ground floor, with a second shower room/toilet on the first floor. Les Hirondelles (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

| The oldest of the three cottages, this 2 bedroomed property has many original features including a spiral staircase, open stone walls and exposed oak beams. It sleeps 4 and is ideal for a young family, with a large double bedroom and a smaller bunk bed room. Outside
Heated Pool: The pool is open from April to October. It measures 10m x 5m with depths from 1m to 1.8m and has Roman steps for easy access in and out. The pool area is fully enclosed and has lockable double action security gates. The pool itself is fitted with an all weather cover which corresponds to the new French swimming pool security regulations. The cover is raised or fully removed during the day, but when lowered the pool is transformed into an indoor pool - so if the weather is cool you can still enjoy a swim in comfort! It also keeps the pool temperature very warm, so it's comfortable to swim in even in spring and autumn. The pool is heated to 27°c (even in Spring and Autumn!)
Sunbeds, cushions and parasols are provided for guests to use for relaxing around the pool.
Separate patio and barbecue areas:
Every cottage has its own patio area with a lovely view out to the garden. Barbecues, tables, chairs and parasols are provided for each cottage.
Coast/Beach
The property is only 45 minutes drive from the long sandy beaches of the Emerald coast between St Malo and Cancale. There are also lots of historical towns to explore - Fougères, only 15kms away boasts the largest medieval castle in Europe. Dinan and St Malo, both fine examples of beautiful medieval towns are close by to explore. No holiday is complete without a trip to Mont St Michel only 20kms away. We are only 1h 30 mins drive from the Normandy beaches and Bayeux.
Golf
There are several good golf courses (such as Des Ormes and Granville) within a 40 minute drive of La Haute Mancelière.
