Our apartment is on the second floor (no lift) and measures approximately 63 sq.m. It comprises a large 5m x 4m double-window sitting room with dining area, a modern American-style kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a modern shower room/WC. The apartment is within 5-10 minutes walk of both the beach and the port and only a couple of minutes from Nice’s main bus terminal which, as well as giving direct access to the airport (about 20 mins), can ferry you to many local attractions. The Old Town of Nice is one of Europe's 'jewels' - the pedestrianised streets are filled with the atmosphere of the local markets, restaurants and street cafes which you can wander through at any time relaxed and secure.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There is a small charge (£7 per person) for linen and bath towels and £25 for the departure cleaning.
Changeover day
Preferably Saturday but negotiable in low season.

Nice, Cote d'Azur airport is served by a large selection of budget airlines, including Easyjet (Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Bristol, Liverpool, Newcastle, Belfast, etc), BMIBaby (Birmingham, Nottingham, Durham), BMI (Heathrow, Manchester), Jet2 (Leeds-Bradford, Manchester) Flyglobespan (Edinburgh, Glasgow) - plus many other airlines in Europe and the rest of the world.
Parking in central Nice is not easy.

Hi My name is Iain Vellacott and I am a professional artist living in Revel in the South West of France. My wife and I moved out to France 5 years ago with our 3 children (now teenagers) in order that I could spend more time painting and the family could grow up multi lingual. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We were delighted to find this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in Nice Old Town which we renovated and started letting out 3 years ago.
The apartment is light and airy and is in easy walking distance of the sea, the markets and restaurants and many attractions of this area of Nice as well as both the bus station and a tram stop.
