Villa Clara is a beautiful and private Provençal-style, self-contained holiday home with modern amenities located in the charming medieval village of St Jeannet. Villa Clara is only 16km from Nice airport. Only a 2 minute walk to the village to French bakeries, butcher, grocer, restaurants and bars. Italy is an easy 1 hour drive away. You will be greeted by our wonderful French managers Benoit and Corinne who speak fluent English. Enjoy wonderful coastal views, terrace dining with wood fired pizza oven, swim in the private pool. The location gives you all that the busy Cote D'Azur has to offer combined with the get away from it all retreat that Provence is famous for. A car may not be necessary as there is a 30 minute bus service to train stations and the famous CAP 3000 shopping complex. The local taxi service can pick you up from the airport and take you to the house for approx 50 euros. We have furnished the villa with everything you have at home to make it a true home

Notes on prices
The above prices include water and electricity. However please note that for winter bookings (from October to May) you will be asked to pay for electricity. Towels and linen are provided. A payment of 150 euros on arrival is required to cover cleaning costs. Out of peak season (not 6/6/09 - 2/10/09) we may be able to accomodate a 5 night stay, please email us. To pay by Credit Card, email the owner. Credit card payments must be 100% of the tariff at the time of booking.

| Bathrooms: | Master en suite with large bath, separate shower and separate WC. Garden bedroom and children's bedroom share a shower over a deep small bath and bidet and separate WC. The studio has a separate shower and WC. |
| Kitchen: | If you love to cook you will love the kitchen. It has everything you need. Gas hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, expresso machine, toaster and electric jug. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and dryer and loads of space to store your suitcases. Laptop, printer, scanner and photocopier plus unlimited broadband internet access or provided free. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge is beautifully decorated Provençal style, and features exposed oak beams. Comfortable seating for 8 people around a large fireplace. There is a TV that receives Cable TV channels. There is also a DVD recorder and video. |
| Other: | The villa is situated behind locked gates with a fully monitored alarm. We are fully equipped for children with cot and highchair. The office has free high speed internet access. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are included in the price. There is a surcharge of 150 euros to cover cleaning. This needs to be paid on the day of arrival. |

Outside
The pool is 9m x 4.5m in width. There is a pool alarm installed. The pool is a saltwater pool which is kind to your skin. It is serviced weekly. On the terrace just off the kitchen is seating for 8 people and a wood fired pizza oven - yum!

Only 20 to 30 minutes drive to the nearest beaches.

Only 20 minutes drive to Nice international airport.

5km away from Vence and easy access to all major tourist attractions, Nice, Monaco, Cannes and Antibes.
Booking notes
A fully refundable security deposit of euro 700 must be paid in cash on arrival. We require 25% deposit on confirmation of a booking (this is non refundable). The balance is payable 2 months before the booking date.
